Relay organizes the inquiries you receive. It does not generate demand or guarantee sales. Share your intake link on your website or with customers who want to contact you.
Will it work outside one city?
Yes. Each business configures its own five-digit US ZIP codes. The product can serve businesses nationwide while each workspace keeps its own local coverage.
Does it send texts or answer the phone?
The first version captures website inquiries and keeps them in your owner inbox. Phone answering, SMS, and automatic email delivery are not included.
Can I use my existing booking process?
You can add an existing HTTPS booking link to your business profile. The customer remains in control of opening that link; Relay does not claim a slot is available.
